• All booking or special request is subject to the room availability.

• Check-in time is 02.00 pm Batam Time and check-out at 12.00 noon Batam Time.

• Maximum capacity per room is 2 adults and 2 children below 11 years old (12 years old considered an adult).

• Extra bed for adult (12 years old & above) IDR 600,000/unit/night and for child (below 11 years old) IDR 450,000/unit/night.

• Full payment is required 07 days prior to arrival date.

• No cancellation accepted within 07 days prior to arrival date.

• All transactions within Nongsa Resorts are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency exchange service is available at Nongsapura Ferry Terminal or Hang Nadim International Airport.

• Pets are not allowed.
